Hey there sweeties!  It's been a long time since I write something and it makes me feel really bad for neglecting my blog and my readers (if there is any of you out there).😭  But have no fear!  I'll be sharing with you my thoughts on a particular BB cream that I've been trying out lately.

As you can probably see.  It's a BB cream in a form of a stick.  So technically I shouldn't even be calling it a BB cream.  It's called the SEP Jewel BB Stick.  This product have come out for quite some time but I just never thought of buying it.  Even when my mum bought it, I didn't even feel like it's something that I have to try out immediately.

But I have been trying it out lately out of curiosity (or was it because I forgot to bring my foundation with me?) 😶  And I feel like I must share with you guys what I thought of it.

• It's extremely travel friendly.  The size is perfect to just chuck around in a handbag and it's not in a liquid form.  Hence, no worries of spillage.
• Comes with a brush.  Which means that you don't have to carry a separate brush when you travel.  However, the brush is slightly small as you can see and it makes blending the product harder.
• It claims to be brightening and helps to cover imperfections.  So far, I can vouch for the brightening part.  It does seems to brighten up my skin tone a bit.  But about covering the imperfections, I would say that it's more of a light coverage.
• It has a SPF 50+ PA+++!!! Which is great for people who live in hot and sunny country.  Anything with SPF is definitely a must have for me.
• Since the product is not liquidy enough, it makes it super hard to blend.  My arms always aches because it takes me such a long time to actually blend the product.😤
• It's slightly more of a pricey BB cream (which is not what I would buy)  It was around RM40 - RM60 when my mum bought it, I think.

Do any of you have that special product that you've been loving over the years?  Like... There's so many different products out there and so many products you've tried out, but you kept coming back to that particular one.  I know I have a couple of faves which I kept buying again and again ever since I've started using them.

Maybelline Pure Mineral Concealer

Ever since I tried this concealer, I never looked back!  Or maybe it's just me not being adventurous enough to try other product.😅  But still, I don't have anything to complain about the product itself.  This tiny bottle could last me a long time.  The product itself is creamy and so easy to blend that you'll only need a tiny amount at a time. 

Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel

This is definitely a multi purpose product that I would recommend to all of you.  I mean, you could literally use this product for many purposes.  Use it as a moisturizer ✔, hair care ✔, nail care ✔, on blisters ✔, mosquito bites ✔ and so much more that for some apparent reason, I can't think of right now.  The point is, it's a product you never knew you needed.

Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder

This one is probably not a surprise for you guys.  If any of you followed my Instagram, you'll know that I've posted a picture of this baby multiple times.  I even did a post a while back on this item since I love it so much.  It's an oily faced girl's best friend😂 What more can I say?

Silkygirl Eye Opener Waterproof Mascara

Again, this is a product which I have posted about before on my blog.  So some of you might have read about it before.  I don't wear mascara all the time, but when I do, it's definitely this one.  It's a decent & affordable mascara that I would definitely suggest to all of you.

If you guys follow me on Instagram, you'll probably know that I went to Jeju Island a few weeks ago.  Snow was falling almost every single day which makes it seems so magical 😍

Well... I'm not here to talk about my Jeju trip (although I think it might be fun) but today I'm going to review a particular product that I've been loving when I was there which is the contact lens from Olens.  The ones that I bought is the Falling In Love series.

Eye shadow is something that I'm always interested to use but always feel so fancy with it on.  And it always awes me how people could use various colours of eye shadows at a time and still look so gorgeous!  And guess what?  I've found the perfect eye shadow if you're a beginner just like me.

I've always been on a lookout for eye shadows but never really found one that caught my eye until now that is.  I went to Korea early last year and found this particular eye shadow from Missha.  It is the Missha Triple Shadow.

• There's 3 different colours in a pot.  The colours obviously matched one another.  So if you're not good at matching eye shadow, this is one less problem for you.
• Travel friendly.  The size is basically of a single shadow.
• It has a wide range of colours to choose from.  They even added a few new colours in the range now.  I've inserted the colour selections for you guys to see, if you're interested. 😄
• All the colours are pigmented.  You know how certain shimmery shadows don't have any colour payoff?  Well, even the lightest shade is pigmented!
• The price is pretty decent.  I mean, KRW6,000 for 3 colours.  Sounds alright.  But... the cheaper the better, right?😉
• It doesn't come with a brush/applicator which is common I think for single shadows.
• The shadows are all shimmery!  Although, I really wish it's a matte eye shadow. 😣

I love buying things to try, whether it's a newly release products or the ones that have been released for some time already.  These are a couple of things that I've been wanting to buy for quite a while now.  What better time to buy new products than on a new month, right? 😉


Lipstick

As you all may know, I have a huge love for lippies.  My love for lippies is just endless that I'm always scolded by my mum for buying too much.  I mean, a girl can never have too much lippies... right?  Anyways, I found out that most of my lippies are liquid lipsticks or in a pot form.  Therefore, I'm on a hunt for an actual lipstick!  As in the ones that comes in a bullet form!  Been loving Nyx liquid lipsticks lately (smlc & lingerie), are any of their bullet lipsticks good?  What other brands would you guys recommend?

Matte Eye Shadow

I love how some people can wear eye shadows everyday and look so natural!  Why is it that every time I wear an eye shadow, it makes me look like I'm going to a party or somewhere special?  I assume it's because of the glitters & shimmers that are in my eye shadows.  Most of the cheap ones that I come across are never matte.  Let's search for a good and affordable matte eye shadow!

Mud / Clay Mask

Is it weird that my choices of mask is on the opposite sides of the spectrum?  I mean, mud mask is known to be hydrating while clay mask are designed to cater for oily skin people.  Even though my skin is oily, it also have some dry patches lately.  So it's not weird to want both types of masks at all, right?  I'm always looking at the Freeman masks, you know, the ones that comes in a tube.  But I'm not sure why I still haven't purchase it yet.  Have any of you tried their masks before?  What do you guys think about it?

Is there any other good and affordable products that you guys think I should try?  What are you looking forward to buy in November?

One of my fave thing to do when I'm in the drugstore is to swatch lippies!  The back of my hand would be full of swatches the moment I walk out of the store.  Is it just me?  Please tell me that I'm not alone.😅

If you've read my previous blog post, you probably know that I'm obsessed with matte lips.  Therefore, I'll be sharing with you 3 lippies that I've fallen instantly in love with the moment I swatched them.

MATTE lips are a popular trend nowadays.  Most of the brands are coming out with their own version of matte lipsticks.  Being an absolute sucker for lippies, I too am trying to follow this trend.  However, having dry and chapped lips means matte lipsticks looks terrible on me.  If you guys are like me, you'll definitely understand how dry and flaky it can be for us when wearing this type of lipsticks.

Therefore, I went on a search for various products to try and solve my lip condition.  That is where I stumble across these products.  The Innisfree Smooth Lip Scrub and the Innisfree Treatment Lip Tint.

I've always wanted to use a lip scrub but is always unsure of which one to buy.  Lip scrubs can sometimes be super expensive.  Making me wonder if it is better than the cheaper ones.😕  Leaving that aside, I bought this Innisfree Smooth Lip Scrub when I was in Korea for KRW4,000 (about RM12).

The scrub itself comes in a squeeze tube instead of a pot which makes it more hygienic I suppose.  Unlike most of the lip scrubs available which uses sugar as their exfoliant, this lip scrub uses fine walnut and coconut shell granules which means that it is softer on the lips.  There's also camellia oil and shea butter in it to help moisturize and soften the lips.  I've been using the scrub once/twice a week and I do feel that my lips becomes visibly softer after using it.

I also bought the Innisfree Treatment Lip Tint from Korea for KRW10,000 (about RM40).  It does seems to be a bit pricey but since I really wanted to try it, I just let it slide.  It comes with 2 options which is #1 Cherry in Honey and #2 Orange in Honey.  As you can see from the colour, I bought the cherry one.

It's definitely not a tint in my opinion as there is no or extremely little colour pay off when I swatched it at the counter.  I bought it to use as a treatment, therefore I was not disappointed about it not having any colour.  I felt like it's a little bit too sticky for day use, so I only applied it before going to bed at night.  I can still feel it on my lips when I wake up and my lips definitely feel softer after that as well.  However, it's not really something that I would bring in my purse as the tint seems to be leaking even when it's just sitting on my vanity.  Innisfree people, if you happen to be reading this, please change the packaging of this tint.😞

There might be a better product that can help to repair dry and chapped lips, however, I do feel like these two products are worth trying out.  My lips does not look as flaky or chapped as it used to when I'm using matte lipsticks which means that the products must have done something right, right?

Being a total k-beauty junkie, Innisfree has always been one of the many brands I look forward to trying out since lots of people rave about their products.  I'm especially interested in their No Sebum Mineral line which is targeted for people with oily skin.

Living in Malaysia can be really tough due to the weather, and having an oily skin makes it even tougher!  The heat can sometimes makes my makeup look cakey or it can even make me look like a grease ball after a few hours of out and about.  Therefore, I have been loving two of Innisfree's products which helps me in looking semi-matte throughout the day.

These two products, the No Sebum Mineral Powder and the No Sebum Blur Primer, have been my go to products recently.

I have gone through a couple of the No Sebum Mineral Powder before this.  In fact, it's my first ever Innisfree product.  I just love it so much that I had to get it again and again!


I use it to set my makeup and for a quick touch up throughout the day.  The powder is really fine, almost like baby powder to be honest.  Since it's a translucent powder, it doesn't make my face look cakey.  It works just like a blotting sheet except in a powder form.  And that's not all... This powder can also be use on the hair!  No you're not reading wrongly.  I did said hair!  When my roots starts to get a little greasy, I'd just pat a little bit of the powder onto the greasy spot and there you go, a less greasy hair.  It does have a slight herbally scent to it.  But the scent doesn't lingers.

I've always wanted to try out the No Sebum Blur Primer from this line but was always hesitant.  Like do I really need a primer?  Will it do anything for my face?  So, when I went to Korea earlier this year, I bought one for the sake of trying out.


The primer itself has a 'skin-like' colour to it.  Unlike some primer which are either white or clear.  It applies easily and it's not greasy at all.  I didn't realize that I have visible pores until I tried this product!  I only use it on my nose area.  After applying it and applying foundation/bb cream, my nose seems to be so smooth (as if I'm using photoshop!)  Okay maybe that's a little to much...  But it really does makes my skin especially the nose area look clearer.


I bought both of the products from Korea, No Sebum Mineral Powder for KRW6,000 (around RM24) and No Sebum Blur Primer for KRW10,000 (around RM30).  But if you're living in Malaysia, Hermo sells it for a cheaper price compared to the stores here in Malaysia, I think.  As for any of my international readers who want to purchase this products, you can check out this website.

Cushion foundations seems to be all the craze nowadays!  If any of you do not know what is this cushion thingy, it's actually just like any other foundations/bb creams/cc creams except it's in a more compact and convenient form where you can chucked it in your handbag for a quick touch up throughout the day.

Last year when I went to Korea, I picked up a couple of cosmetics (since Korea is famous for it) and I got myself one of the cushion foundation.  I know I should probably get a few since it's pretty cheap over there compare to here in Malaysia.  But I'm just not that impressed with this cushions since I've tried the Laneige ones and my oily skin don't like it at all.  So I thought, why not just buy one, maybe it'll be different.  That's definitely a long intro *sigh.  Enough of babbling!!



So here I am, reviewing the 'Baviphat Magic Girls Long Time Water Light Cushion'.  Well that's a mouthful isn't it?  Oh one more thing!  I think that Baviphat has change it's name to Urban Dollkiss or maybe it's just from the same company.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

• Like any other cushions, it comes with a mirror and the packaging is pretty much the same.  Nothing special about it.
• I got mine in the shade #23.  But it's still a little too light for me.  I believe there's only 2 shades available (although it's not really a surprise since most Korean cosmetics are like that)
• There's an SPF50+ PA+++ which is amazing!
• There's a scent to it.  Kinda like the scent you'll have in a skincare (if that makes any sense at all)
• Dewy finish.  Which is what I was trying to avoid from buying.  But the sales assistant said that it was a matte finish (clearly not since whenever I apply it, I look like a grease ball.)  But if you like the dewy looking skin like what most of the Koreans go for, then you'll might like this cushion.
• Needs to be apply with a light hand otherwise it'll start looking cakey.
• It was super duper cheap for a cushion.  It was KRW4800 when I bought it last year.

Are you guys familiar with lip tattoos?  Don't worry it's not a real tattoo.  It's just a kind of peel mask but it tints the lips.  Today, I'll be reviewing the one from Blingsome, not Berrisome.  Have any of you heard of Blingsome before?  Well, neither have I!  I only know of this brand when I went to Korea.

I love lippies in general.  So when I heard people talking about the lip tattoos / packs, I just know that I've got to get one for myself when I get to Korea!  I'm always attracted to the darker shades of lippies, so I bought #Lady Tension for myself (since it's the darkest one that they have)

If you guys are into Korean makeup trends or if you're the type of person who hates to reapply your lippies, then I would definitely suggest you to grab one for yourself.  For any of you who are living in Malaysia, you can purchase yours from Althea's website (it's pretty affordable right now, so grab yours quickly!).  That's all for now guys.

I constantly purchase a new type of mascara every time I run out of my previous ones (just wanna try out something new).  However, I find myself repurchasing a particular mascara a couple of times now.  The one mascara that I've been loving the most is the Silkygirl Eye Opener Waterproof Mascara.

I don't really have any preferences in choosing my mascara.  As long as it's affordable and isn't a super wet formula.  I feel like it still does the same job (making my eyes look more awake) no matter how cheap or pricey a mascara could be.  After all, I'm no expert so I might be totally wrong.

• No clumpy lashes thanks to the tiny bristles!
• The formula isn't too wet like some other mascaras might be.
• Gives a slight lengthening & curling effect to the lashes.  Doesn't add volume the lashes.
• It's not super waterproof in my opinion.
• Really affordable price!  I bought it for around RM11 (roughly around $2.7) during sale at Watsons.

I've been reaching out for this particular sunscreen a lot recently since I love the semi-matte finish that it leaves on my skin.  Therefore I won't need to set my foundation with a powder (lazy issues)  I won't go in depth about it since I've already have a separate review on it which you can go & check out if you want to.

Essence XXXL Longlasting Lipgloss (Velvet Matt) 17 Hot Brownie (RM 12.90)

Liquid lipstick is a total hit now I believe (especially the matte ones).  And I, being an absolute lippie lover has always wanted to try out the liquid lipsticks.  But since I have a couple of lippies to go through, I restrained myself from getting one.

Thanks to my cousin, I've managed to try out the Elianto Brilliant Riche Lip Colour (N01 Tender, 04 Sexy).  I know it's already been out for awhile now (I'm never early on trends, to be honest)  But hey, at least I got to try them out.  That's all that matters (I think).

The first time she showed the lippies to me, I know I just have to try them out!  04 attract my eyes the most and as for N01, not so much (I didn't think I'll like it at all).  Since I have dry lips, I'm a bit hesitant to try it out.  So I decided to try it out in 2 ways, with and without a lip balm.

With lip balm :

• Really accentuate dry lips (about an hour after applying)
• Looks really patchy (after eating, drinking & a nap)
• Doesn't last as long as when using with a lip balm.

Welcome back if you've been reading my blog for quite a while now...  And hello to any of you who just happen to stumbled across my blog today! (though I'm not really sure if any of you are reading.. *nervous giggles)

Anyways, I've always love watching Youtubers' haul videos and I thought 'why not I do them as well?' (the haul part that is, not the video part)  Not really sure I'll be any good at this, but I wanna give it a try anyways.  Let's get into the haul now, shall we?

All the skincare / beauty items are from Yubiso, it's like a Daiso or Kioda if any of you have it in your country.  The prices ranges from RM5-RM20 (if I'm not mistaken) here in Malaysia.

BIOAQUA CUCUMBER EYE MASK (RM10)

I love trying out different eye masks in general and there's 36 sheets in them!  They even include a small plastic tweezers for ease of picking up the delicate eye masks (since it sticks to each other).

BIOAQUA NIGHT REPAIR EYE (RM10)

I know what you all are probably thinking...  It looks exactly like the Estee Lauder Advance Night Repair Eye!!!  And I guess that's really the main reason why I'm so attracted to it.  There's no spatula provided to scoop out the product though.  Does it work?  Well, I'm not sure since I haven't used it yet.  But it is a 'cheap' eye cream, let's not put to high of a hope on it shall we?

BIOAQUA SKIN (RM5)

I'm not really sure of the name, I could be totally wrong.  The product looks really weird at a glace.  It looks as though I'll need inject this to my face!  But don't worry, it's just design that way so you don't have to scoop the product out (hygiene purposes, I guess).  I've recently tried & reviewed it, feel free to read it if you want to know more.

M'YAZHI COLOURSTAY LIP KIT (RM15)

I was so excited to try out this product the moment I bought it that I didn't even bother to save the packaging it comes in.  The colour is super gorgeous!!  The lip liner has a lip brush at the other end of it to use for the lip cream.  The colour payoff of the lip liner & lip cream is pretty decent for it's price.  But the brush is a so-so in my opinion.  It sheds easily and it takes a really long time to apply the lip cream by using it!

The books are from a bookstore called Harris.  They were having a sale when I went there.  Didn't really want to buy anything from there but since the items are crazily cheap, I decided why not look around and end up buying these 3 books.
